2024 Walco Equipment Combi-Disc Trailed 2-Section 5.50 m Twin U-Profile 600-600 mm Quick-Push

Features may include:

• 200 mm ”HE-VA Low draught and Low disturbance points” ensure optimum soil loosening with minimum mixing. This preserves the natural structure of each soil layer the natural structure of each soil layer.

• 400 mm tine staggering and hydr. depth control from 100 mm above ground for max. working depth of 400 mm – resulting in a perfect oxidation, drainage and soil loosening for the root system of the subsequent crop

• ”Sabre disc” 510 mm scalloped disc and DSD-system, resulting in an improved cutting and soil mixing for a perfect seedbed.

• Available with 600 mm U-Profile roller with scraper ensuring a ”soil to soil” packing – with minimized flattening effect.

• Available with 600 mm or 700 mm V-Profile rollers with scrapers – ensuring a perfect consolidation of the soil for seeding or false seedbed - focusing on the fact that the structure in the soil surface is maintained.

• Available with 600 mm twin U-Profile roller, a maintenance-free solution. Each roller kept free from debris without the need for scrapers. The twin U-Profile roller fills with soil in the groove to ensure a “soil-to-soil” packing with minimized flattening effect. The soil is efficiently packed with a rough surface structure.

• Available with 600 mm twin V-Profile roller, a maintenance-free solution. Each roller kept free from debris without the need for scrapers. The twin V-Profile roller leaves the soil with a slightly corrugate-shaped surface, draining moisture more easily for faster heating and drying of the soil.

• Stone protection of tines: Hydraulic automatic release system or Quick-Push stone protection with 8 steps per bolt.

• For models w/2 sections: 1 set of support wheels, spindle adjustable: 2 pcs. 300/65x12 - 8 PLY (however, not in combination with disc in front of the tine).

• Hydraulic adjustment of the working depth for both tines and disc.

• Stone protection of disc via rubber suspended disc-arms.

• Edge equipment with disc for retain soil on right side.
