Comfort & convenienceA spacious operator station designed for greater comfort, with a fully flat floor for more legroom, digital panel with easy access, simple settings and easy-to-read indicators and alerts. An option, the cab allows for easy entry and exit, with an easy-open front slide window.
Front meter panelFor better visibility and accessibility, the meter panel is positioned to the right front corner of the operator station. With easier access, simpler settings, easy-to-read indicators and alerts, you'll always be aware of the excavator's functioning status.
AUX diverter valveThe diverter valve allows auxiliary oil to be diverted to operation of auxiliary attachments without the removal of the thumb attachment pipeline for increased efficiency on the go.
Proportional control of AUX circuitThe thumb- operated switch on the right joystick allows easy proportional flow control of the AUX circuit. And, with the small dial on top of the meter panel, the oil flow is conveniently adjustable up to 12.7 GPM.
Tight tail swingThe U7-4's tight tail swing proves to be highly versatile when operating in confined conditions. There is less chance for damage to the machine or surroundings due to the Tight Tail design.
Auto shift downThe U27-4 auto-shift automatically shifts travel speed from high to low, depending on traction and terrain, allowing smoother operation when dozing and turning.
Two-Pattern Selector System (TPSS)The Two-Pattern Selection System positioned under the seat allows the operator to shift control styles conveniently while seated. A simple turn of a switch is all it takes to select between the ISO pattern and the SAE backhoe pattern. This standard feature allows operators to chose their preferred choice of operation for comfort and efficiency.
ServiceabilityFront pin bushings to help maximize durability, centralized swivel bearing lubrication, protected cylinder hoses, steel hood panels, one-sided engine maintenance, and wide hood openings for easy access to engine and other vital components.
