The Baumalight MX960R Brush Mulcher has a 60” rotor and is designed for excavators starting at 18 ton up to 33 tons. The MX960R uses a fixed tooth holder comes with heavy duty double carbit tipped teeth (R9000), these teeth are ideal for vegetation management with lots of ground contact and don’t mind the occasional stone. Powered by a piston motor like all of the larger Baumalight mulchers the MX960R comes with aggressive root rake ripper teeth build into the frame to rip out rocks and move logs. The unit also has a heavier duty body, built with a low-weight, high-strength AR400 steel and is equipped with replaceable body wear plates.
